Please check your order carefully & ensure all details are correct & that you have clearly understood the products and services you are purchasing.

All products and services are paid for, prior to delivery with cleared funds. We process all payments using secure payment gateway powered by Streamline & World Pay.

· We advise you not to confirm your installer's starting date until you are in full receipt of your goods.

· To enable us to offer a competitive delivery service Bath Flo Delivery Services are manned by the driver alone - please ensure that suitable assistance is available to off-load heavy goods. Please note our drivers are not permitted to deliver goods upstairs.

· Bath Flo cannot consider any claim for shortages or damages 24 hours after delivery. Please ensure all goods are checked by yourself or you agent and any problem is reported to us within 24 hours after delivery.

· Deliveries are made to your door & are generally carried out using our own vehicles or couriers. To keep our prices as low as possible, our drivers do not have assistants. Please ensure there is help on hand to unload.

· We are not able to hold your goods until you require them. Your order will leave our distribution centre as soon as it is complete.

Most of the products we supply carry a 12 month warranty from the manufacturers against fair wear & tear & faults after correct installation. Should any product develop a fault after installation we recommend you follow the manufactures guide lines, normally enclosed with the product or on the manufacturer’s website.

If you feel your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us or the manufacturer to arrange for a customer services agent from the company to discuss the best resolution. Please note if an engineers visit finds an installation fault, rather than a manufacturing fault, you will be charged a call out fee.

Defined as: - all current products held in stock at our store. If you simply do not need or want the product, we are happy to accept those back, as long as they has not been damaged, been used, is complete and they are in their original, unopened packaging. Please note you will be responsible to arrange and pay for all cost involved with these returns.

Defined as: - all other products. Non stock products cannot be cancelled or returned & will be charged in full. If you have any doubt as to what constitutes a non stock product, please contact us. We will be pleased to advise you in writing of non stock items.
